No Show / Last Minute Cancellation Agreement
At Livira Waxing, we value both your time and ours. With that being said, a cancelation within one hour of your appointment will result in a charge of half the service(s) before you are able to book again. With such little time, we will not be able to fill your spot. You will be sent an invoice via PayPal or Venmo. Also, you will not be able to reschedule or cancel your appointment online within one hour of your scheduled appointment; you must call or text.
A "no call/text, no show" will be blocked from booking in the future.
We are a small business, we do not make an hourly rate. If you don't show up, we have lost money. Plain and simple.
We also have a six-minute grace period. Meaning if you are not in the studio at the six-minute tardy mark, we may not be able to do any or all services booked. Fees may also apply. We are all human but we won’t penalize other clients because of another being late. Please call or text Liv if you’re running behind. Thank-you! ✨
Touch-Up Policy✨
We try our best to get every hair every time, but sometimes that just isn’t possible with growth patterns, ingrown hairs, or even waxer error. With that said, we offer a complimentary five day touch-up. You have to come back to Livira within five days to get the spots taken care of. We are firm on the five days because of growth patterns. Don’t hesitate to reach out about it!
